ACTIWATT gameACTIWATT game

ACTIWATT is a big-format board game, which helps to reinforce knowledge related to energy efficiency and energy saving gained during the implementation of the 50/50 project. It can be used during the work with the school's energy team, as well as during any celebration or recreational activity organized by the school or the municipality. The minimum number of participants is 4 and the maximum 16. They should be organized in teams of 2 to 40 people. The game is planned for 6-year old children and onwards. It includes questions with different levels of difficulty according to participants’ age. First of all players throw the die and advance the number of squares indicated. Then, the team does a test according to the square on which it lands. Tasks are always related to concepts linked to energy efficiency and saving and can include questions, mime, drawing or skill tasks. Points are earned for each task accomplished, but if a team fails the test it goes back some squares. The instruction how to play the game may be downloaded here and the movie showing how it works in practice - here.
