Your main tasks within a 50/50 project are:

  • Signing an agreement with the school / non-schools public building regarding the implementation of the 50/50 methodology
  • Appointing person(s) responsible for the 50/50 implementation, who will support the school / building users in their efforts and monitor their activities & results
  • Selecting the schools / non-school public buildings involved in the project
  • Gathering data necessary to calculate energy and monetary savings achieved as a result of energy saving measures implemented by pupils and other building users
  • Calculation of energy and monetary savings achieved as a result of the project implementation
  • Paying out 50% of achieved savings to the school / non-school public building!
  • Promoting the school’s / other public building’s achievements within and outside the municipality
